Refund Policy

Because each box contains specially curated, limited-edition items, all sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds on purchased boxes

  • Refunds on subscriptions

  • Partial refunds

  • Refunds for dissatisfaction with product selection

Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

We may replace items if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The box was missing items
