How it Works

How does it work?

Once a month, you'll receive a beautifully designed box packed full of exciting full-sized products, right at your doorstep. The retail value of the box will always be MORE THAN TRIPLE the cost of the box - guaranteed. It's as simple as that!

Where and how do we ship?

We ship via USPS internationally. Please allow for longer delivery to APO addresses and outside the United States.

When will my boxes ship?

Boxes ship by the 8th of each month.

Can I track my box?

Yes! You can track your box by logging into your account at paradise-delivered.com.

When will my subscription renew?

Your next renewal will be on the first day of the month for the following month's box.

International Customers

All prices in USD. Taxes and fees are not included in price paid. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply to non US customers. Paradise Delivered is not responsible for any applicable governmental taxes/custom fees for international shipments that may arise.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

If you ever need to close your subscription, you can cancel anytime by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be received by the 23rd calendar day of the month prior to our next delivery. If you cancel your Paradise Delivered subscription prior to the end of a 3 or 6 month prepaid term, you will still receive the remaining boxes included in the prepaid subscription. We are not able to issue refunds on boxes that are ordered and canceled prior to receipt of the first box.
